Gogarty’s Traditional Irish Bar is designed in the late 19th Century style with flagstone floors, original artefacts can be found throughout the pub.
The walls pay tribute to Irish cultural icons from Gogarty himself to Joyce, Beckett, Behan and many other famous Irish writers. The original pub was first opened in 1838 and was refurbished and renamed the Oliver St John Gogarty in 1994.

Named after Oliver St John Gogarty, Irish Poet, Surgeon, Aviator and one time friend of James Joyce.  Gogartys is perfectly suited for a private party, product launch or corporate function. Let our team of skilled staff look after your every need.

The impressive granite building housing the Left bank Bar was for some time part of the Old Central Bank of Ireland. Today this carefully restored building provides an exclusive location for corporate functions, parties and events.

There is no minimum bar spend
Bookings must be garanteed with a credit/debit card, failure to show or cancellation within 24 hours of booking will be charged full hire rate
No credit will be given in any circumstances
